Refund policy
Because each Glassory product is custom-made and handcrafted just for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed.
However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we are happy to make it right.
To request a replacement for a damaged item:
– Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
– Send clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, to: glossry2025@gmail.com
– Once verified, we will remake and ship your item at no extra cost.
Please note:
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery, or for damage caused after the product has been received.

Damages and issues
