At Glassory, every piece is carefully custom-made.
Please review the following shipping details before placing your order:

Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we begin the engraving process.
As each item is custom-made, please allow 48–72 hours for production before your order is shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by destination:
– Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
– International Orders: 5-10 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping on all products

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damage and your order number to glossory2025@gmail.com
We will remake and resend your item free of charge.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
